Open RP with Sauna and Bar
Jul. 26th, 2006 02:46 amrobinthepuck.livejournal.comAfter his conversation with Utena Robin felt distinctly in need of a drink. Well, several drinks. As many as possible. And, perhaps, a nice soak in the sauna.
So, making his way back to Ravenclaw, the Puck focused only on the glorious bar that awaited him. He was not in the best mood, angry with himself and worried. So, perhaps, it was understandable that after giving the password, Robin neglected to shut the door to the Ravenclaw common room.
Going to the bar, Robin grabbed a bottle of rum and poured himself a glass. Normally the Puck hated drinking alone; but, he figured in a place like this, he was bound to have company sooner or later.

dice-addict.livejournal.comAlright everyone, I'm back off hiatus. Sort of. Since I just got back late last night and have a ton to catch up (this comm moves incredibly fast) please don't consider me active as a mod quite yet.

"I guess I'll let people know were back." Harry says, and sends Hedwig out to first Lily, then James with the same brief message.

While Harry's out, Ginny changes into a new nightdress bought on the trip, and pushes the bags away so she can unpack them after some rest.
Then when Harry returns from sending Hedwig, he collapses onto a couch, leans back and closes his eyes cheerfully. Ginny curls up on the couch with him, snuggling close, and falls asleep.

[[He's from the first season, not any of the new-fangled episodes; go easy on me, I haven't watched any episodes in a while. D: Also, it's all right if Pikachu hangs around him, right? Because Ash Ketchum is not Ash Ketchum without Pikachu, srsly. He also has about 5 other Pokemon with him (I haven't decided which ones), but he won't use them -- he'll only mention them once in awhile and perhaps let them out to show them off, if prodded.]]

There is a sudden bright light in the Sorting Hall, and hundreds of beautiful blue butterflies appear out of thin air. They form a face
hanging in the air. It is the face of a girl, her skin is a ghostly pale blue shade, her eyes are closed and she has a completely serene, blissful look over her features. The butterflies shape more of her. She is dressed in a tattered wedding gown and has a thin veil covering her waist-long dark hair. Her left arm and right leg are skeletal, and she is very definitely dead.
Emily opens her eyes and frowns. This is... not quite what she was expecting. Wasn't I supposed to ... go someplace else?
"Where am I?" she murmurs to the empty room, and jumps when the questions come.

toujours-sirius.livejournal.comThose of you who have been on IRC with me likely know that Comcast is evil I've been having some Intrawebs connectivity problems. Well, Comcast came around today to fix something else for a neighbor (so glad they decided to fix things over here at my parents' house, too...except they didn't), and now our cable Internet is completely dead. I'm on my mom's computer, using dialup, right now, but it's not the best solution, and I certainly can't spend hours on here. Comcast claims it's coming by tomorrow to fix things up, but it kind of doesn't matter, because I'm off to the Lumos convention thingy in Vegas tomorrow morning.
The point is that unless my mother manages to rejigger things when she gets home in a couple of hours, I likely will not be on IRC or posting very much of anything tonight. I'm gonna try to get some Peter responses done right now, but that's probably about it - unless we manage to get the cable Internet up and working again.
I will be on a plane to Lumos around 8:30 EST tomorrow morning, but as long as there's wireless Internet in the hotel where the con is (something I think is highly likely), I'll probably log on, chat a bit, do some posts, etc., by the evening (Pacific time).
My flight returns the morning of July 31, and I should be on and posting later that day/evening. But again, as long as I've got connectivity on my laptop at Lumos, I'll be posting at least sporadically, and probably regularly, while I'm there.
If anyone wants to send some bad vibes to Comcast, well, you've got my blessing. Thank the intrawebs gods that the house I'm moving into is getting service from Cox* (being set up August 1, so even if I don't move in there for a couple of weeks, I'll likely go down there if my parents continue to have connectivity issues).
Meanwhile, if you need something, shoot me an e-mail at mr.sirius.black @ gmail.com. I'll try to check a couple of times tonight.
