OOC: announcement: character limit change

The mod team has decided to raise the character limit per player from 6 to 10. All other limits regarding character applications and popcornings remain unchanged, including the two characters per fandom limit.

We hope and expect this will be a welcome decision. In the spirit of Kojiro, we all must do our part to protect the peoples from refrigeration.

ETA: Remember, while it's fun to app, it's also fun to vote on others' apps, and less fun for everyone when there aren't votes. Dust off your older characters to come and meet the new kids!
