Notification of Emo!

((Backdated to a few days before Halloween; assumes the RP with Cooper is done and Sirius is aware that he's in love with Lily))
Having realised his feelings for Lily, Sirius had decided to make a concerted effort to not get in the way of her relationship with Cox. He knew there was nothing he could do about his feelings and that Lily was worth feeling that way about, but he also carried an extreme amount of guilt for being in love with his best mate's wife (and his good friend's girlfriend). His feelings were his problem, and now that he was aware of them, he was determined not to let them screw up other people's lives. Lily deserved her happiness, and if that's what she was finding with Cox, then he wasn't going to interfere, as much as it might make his heart ache to watch them from the sidelines.
As a result of all of this, he felt he needed to defer to Cox on certain matters of importance regarding her well-being. And one such matter was looming on the horizon: October 31. The day Voldemort murdered James and Lily. Sirius knew Lily wasn't going to take it well, and this was something Cox needed to know about. So, he sat down to write him an owl.
( Owl to Perry Cox, heavily warded to drench any unintended readers with a splash of emo tears )

I'm going to be taking a hiatus for a few days.
Remus is in the library, doing research on what sort of creature Homsar might be. Jayne is in Hogsmeade shopping for more guns. Jack is busy making more toy ships. Lord Fanny is in London hanging out with her fellow Invisibles.
See you on the flipside and all that.

Tyrion had been at Hogwarts for only a short time. He wasstill more or less learning where things were, an effort made more complicated by the fact that new corridors were constantly popping up out of nowhere.
However, now he'd found the library. It was vast and full of books on all sorts of esoteric subjects, most of which he'd never heard of. There was also a section identified as Restricted. That made him more than a little curious, and so, when no one appeared to be watching, he simply walked into that section of the library.
Fifteen minutes later, onemight find him, sitting at atable with a stack of books on advanced potion-making that appeared to be taller than he was, scribbling notes to himself on parchment.

We're moving the computers tonight, and I probably won't have net access again until Monday, when we figure out the router situation again. Everybody I'm in threads with, never fear, I shall return. :)

'That hall was too hot,' Teazer says, hurriedly stepping outside and staring at some lone, hardy flowers. 'Much better out here.'
She's babbling. What else do you do after you've just kissed a really handsome smarmy bastard?
'We should, um, possibly talk about what just happened. If that's OK.'
