RP: Zelgadiss/Yuuri Body Switch

It had been a long day the day before, with Wolfram acquiring yet another pet (a rather hideous kitten by the name of Furry Yuuri) and having yet another argument with Yuuri. This time it was whose name was manlier. Wolfram felt that he won that one, but he always thinks he wins his fights.

The demon was celebrating his victory with a much needed rest, which he spent in what was technically Yuuri's bedroom, but one which Wolfram inhabited with resolution. His own bedroom was taken over by a dragon, a kitten, and a tribble, anyway. Yuuri and Wolfram's competitions usually stretched into their sleep, as shown through the determined way Wolfram would steal the blankets throughout the night.

And if the chill did not wake up Yuuri early, Wolfram's cold feet certainly would. At least the Maou wasn't being, literally, kicked out of bed this time.

"I didn't trust your ability to manipulate the knob." Wolfram flipped his hair and strode after Zel, trying to appear as regal as he could in a pink nightie.

"And as for what we will do when we find that wimp, we will go to Ryuuji-Sama. He can solve anything. Or we will visit the Hufflepuff Prefects. They are much better than your Gryffindor Prefects. One's an idiot, and the other... well, I just don't like him."

I'm not sure I've met the Gryffindor prefects, actually.

But prefects might be a good idea, yes. Or teachers. Or the library. Maybe I'll just ask random people in the hallway whether they know what's going on.

"Nice plan," Wolfram snarled as he quickly moved through the halls. "Why would strangers know anything about what's happening to you and Yuuri?"

Well, I didn't do this, and if Yuuri did it you obviously didn't know about it, so someone else must have done it. And if someone else did it, why would they only do it to Yuuri and I? Perhaps others have been affected. Maybe some of them have worked out a cure already. I never discount any possible avenue of salvation - given the ridiculous things my friends have come up with to save the world in the past, I think I'm justified.

Wolfram stared at Zel for a long time as he continued to move like he was in full uniform. Finally he just looked away snootily.

"Hmph!"

You know, I think I'm glad all the Mazoku I've met up to this point have concentrated on trying to kill me; if I'd been having this sort of conversation with all of them I'd have gone insane long ago.
