Anya glanced around the Great Hall, but didn't see Dawn yet. They hadn't set a specific meeting time, so Anya settled herself in a comfortable chair and read her Charms textbook while she waited.

I, Miss Emma Woodhouse, am currently interviewing students, and our conversations are to be recorded and reproduced in Hogwarts's newspaper.

A blank space is left on the bottom of the notice, charmed to transmit any message to a parchment in Emma's room. It can be used by different students multiple times, their words only appearing visible to themselves.

Sorry about going MIA from Saturday evening until now, DSL decided to have a hissy fit - especially sorry to Damien for the connection going off mid-RP. :( I'll be away tonight for awhile for a memorial, but other than that I'll be returning to my normally scheduled RP habits.

The envelope that had been on the board has now been removed and replaced with a large sheet of paper, questions and answers neatly typed out. Also, for some reason, there's a Tootsie Roll taped to the paper just underneath the last question.

The Great Debate (Colbert and Strong Bad, semi-open in Great Hall)

Strong Bad did not know that lazy Sunday was for watching the Chronic(what?)cles of Narnia. He was hanging around campus wishing The Cheat would show up so they could plot some capers. Since The Cheat was not forthcoming, after a while he moseyed over to the Great Hall in search of melonade.

It was there that he beheld it. A stage. Equipped with a mic (some magical equivalent of one, anyhow; it must have been part of the magic karaoke system, but Strong Bad hadn't been around for the karaoke in the past, which was probably fortunate for everyone). Moved by homesickness, Strong Bad took the stage for an impromptu rendering of his national anthem ... the national anthem of Strongbadia.

"Come to~~~ the place where the tropical breezes flow~~~
Come to~~~ the coolest place I know~~~"

He nearly had to blink back tears because the song just wasn't the same without The Cheat accompanying him on the Casio.

Little did he know that one would soon appear who did not believe Strongbadia to be the coolest place he knew, or preeminent among nations!

Closed RP for Lily, James, and Harry

After her owls with James, Lily had asked Harry to meet her and James for a chat. So, Lily was sitting outside of Ravenclaw, absorbed in a book, waiting for them. Her wand twirling in her fingers and large mug of tea by her side might give away the fact that she was a wee bit nervous about the coming conversation. Every so often she glanced up, looking for James or her son.

A quick check with the house elves, before Menolly sat down to write her letters and she soon learned that Master Lupin of Transfiguration was locked in study. Young Ruzika hadn't been seen in a while, and neither had Master Godric of Defense Against the Dark Arts. Master Grant of Magical Creatures had been unavailable for quite some time, which was why she was taking it upon herself to start the lecture on her own. Still she'd made a list during her sorting and she'd write to those originally on it as well as to those she'd added since.
