When Chairman Kaga opened the door to the Room of Requirement to find a replica of the house he had learned to make plates so long ago, he had been surprised, but not displeased. While he hadn't been any good at it, he DID find the time there enjoyable.
And this way, he could keep his wand at easy reach, in case of emergencies, and leave the door open so people could visit.
Having come to that decision, Kaga changed into more clay-friendly clothes and set to work.

Date: 2009-07-30 11:20 pm (UTC)When he reached the Room of Requirement, he was surprised to find the door already visible and open. Curious, he peaked inside. To his further surprise he saw a room full of pottery equipment and a rather relaxed looking Kaga.
Hiei hesitated for a moment at the door. He considered just turning around and putting up with the rain, but after a moment he made up his mind and slipped quietly into the room. He leaned against the wall and watched Kaga work with the clay.

Date: 2009-07-30 11:47 pm (UTC)As he reached for one of his tools, he happened to look up and see a dark shape. Jumping slightly, he grabbed his tool and brandished it...only to see it was Hiei.
Dropping the tool and smiling a bit, Kaga said chidingly, "don't scare me like that Hiei!"

Date: 2009-07-31 02:55 am (UTC)"How is this relaxing?" he asked, turning the lump over in his hand. If Kaga was still tense enough to jump like that when he spotted him, Hiei wasn't sure it worked as well as Kaga thought it did.

"Oh!" she exclaimed. "Pottery! How lovely! May I try?" The mun has no idea if pottery itself would be considered a fitting activity for ladies of Regency England, but this would hardly stop Elizabeth.

Date: 2009-08-01 08:55 pm (UTC)A moment later, she came out in the spare clothes, which she'd magically altered to fit her.
She needed no instruction in the workings of pottery, and so she sat down with a hunk of clay and set to work. "Have we met?" she inquired. "I... think we have not. I am Miss Elizabeth Bennet, late of Longbourne, and now of Ravenclaw."
