They aren't as excitable as her friends, but of course there would be a difference between older men and a group of kids. Also neither Soichiro nor Matsuda really know what they're getting themselves into.

"I'll start first," she says after everyone has their cards dealt out and are ready. Rika takes a card from Soichiro's hand that she knows doesn't match any of hers, but that is just to make sure that they don't realize their fate is already sealed.

It has been a while since Soichiro has played card games, really, so he's a bit rusty.

Nevertheless, he pulls a card from Matsuda's hand.

May it be noted that, during those on-company-time card games, he often lost. But that didn't stop him from being optimistic. He took a card from Rika's hand and grinned when he got a match.

"So, like, what are the boundaries of the loser's punishments? Just a little slave labor? Making lunch? Stuff like that?"

"Yes, we were also fond of making each other wear silly costumes. We also didn't play at anyone's house, so all of us had to walk home trough the village where anyone could see us before we could remove anything."

Rika decides to take matching cards if she can for a few rounds before taking a different one on again. It doesn't matter too much though, as long as she doesn't pick up the unmatched queen.

"Oh no, you plan on parading us through the Great Hall, don't you?"

"Depending on the costumes," Matsuda said, casting a sly look at Soichiro, "this could be very interesting." He took a card, but it didn't match anything.

Rika smirks, "We had all sorts of costumes like nurses and maids or cat cosplay and a tutu. It was really fun to play a game seriously so that we wouldn't have to walk home in something embarrassing."

A lot of motivation came from wanting to dress someone up too.

Soichiro blanched. None of those sounded appealing at all.

Now he was eager to not lose.

"Which costume was your favorite?" He grinned wickedly. "I bet you'd look great in a tutu, Yagami-san."

"I liked everybody's reaction to the costumes best, so something really silly like a tutu is always good," she says, being evil to Soichiro by siding with Matsuda.

Might as well since Soichiro is the loser anyway.

And never was that more obvious than now, with Soichiro holding a single card in his hand: the queen.

"Great."

Matsuda snorted a laugh. "I hope you shaved your legs, Yagami-san," he grinned.

"A tutu it is," she chuckles. With her wand ready, Rika was about to cast a spell to change Soichiro's clothes, but she felt a slight pull and stopped for a moment. It didn't take long for her to return to her child body after that.

"Mii~ I guess the hexed food wore off!" she giggles before resuming where she left off and made a pink tutu along with the rest ballerina costume out of Soichiro's regular clothes. Now there should be interesting reactions from both Soi and Matsu.

"Oh, good, I was beginning to think...aah!" Soichiro stood in the ballerina outfit, face beet red from embarassment.

"I was going to say," he said through clenched teeth, "I was beginning to think that change might be permament, Rika-chan."

Matsuda would have been laughing if the cute girl hadn't just turned into cute jailbait. His jaw dropped, his eyes got big, and he started to feel very, very uncomfortable.

"You... I... Oh man...."

"I wonder if the hexed food could be permanent?" Rika has no pity for Soichiro, at least she left out the swan attachment that Keiichi's tutu had.

At Matsuda's obvious discomfort she fakes an innocent look, "Is there something the matter, Matsuda?"

"Well, it certainly lasted longer than it usually does, with me it always cleared up at most by the next morning." He began tugging at the outfit, he felt too exposed.

"You... You're awfully mature for your age..." oh god, had he actually said that?

From:

"Mii. How do you know that wasn't just another effect of the hexed food I ate? Ni pah~" Rika may be fine talking about her lives with Soichiro, but she's still selective in what she'll say.

"I think you said that was your future self or something?" Soichiro was more concerned with covering himself up than with Matsuda's problems.

Still rather horrified at his mistake, Matsuda decided it was time to focus on something else. Namely, Soichiro.

"Do skinny legs run in your family, Yagami-san?"
