Thank you. I trust you as well, and because I do, I will confide in you. This is a political maneuver on my part. Mr. Davis is clearly not intimidated by my enemies or their minions, and he has friends who might be useful to me. I have to respect that, and he and his friends may be quite useful to me in the future.

I really don't intend to discuss the weather with him much. I'd rather see how he feels about voting tactics and ways to annoy Tom and destroy his awful little friends.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a bad day, Emma. Maybe a walk around the grounds would cheer you up? I think some of the pink rosebushes are still around.

Never thought of myself as cerebral, really. That's more your thing, as you're a Ravenclaw. I guess maybe I am about certain subjects, though.
