It's been nearly six months since I met JD, wanted to something stupidly romantic special. I mean I don't even know if I should, I mean what if he doesn't remember, or should I get him a present... Should it just be me and him, or have a small gathering.
Would you look after Key for a few days also?
Love Jack
ps. If it wasn't obvious the only longer relationship I've had is with my spaceship and that was purely platonic.
That's brilliant, love! Congratulations. And of course you should do something. I'm sure JD will love anything you think of.
I am always a fan of presents; but as for the type of celebration you want, well... Maybe do both? Perhaps have a small gathering for dinner, and then whisk him away someplace romantic? Whatever you decide, I know JD will be gobsmacked by it. He's lucky to have you.
And of course. Anytime. Steeler would be chuffed for the company.

P.S. No worries, you're doing brilliant. My longest relationship was my late husband, with Perry as a close second. I'm not exactly an expert, here. Trust me. though - it's not experience that counts in things like this. It's the effort. (And I'm glad to hear that you and the spaceship weren't more than 'platonic'. XD)
I was thinking about some sort of dinner by the lake, under the stars. But I don't know. I don't know I want something more special. Recommend anywhere I could take him?
Would you be alright with her for say... three days? Gives us time.
A dinner under the stars sounds lovely. Maybe we could rig up some sort of floating platform, so your dinner could be in the middle of the lake? Or, if you want to go out on the town, there's a lovely restaurant just outside of Glasgow I could recommend. Wizard owned, rooftop dining, brilliant food. Very romantic - floating candles and music and all that.
Three days sounds perfect. When were you planning on going? Perry and I will be out on Holiday this coming weekend, but any other time is wonderful.
Now that makes me miss my old ship. But I like that idea. Glen Miller playing... I think I might have to do that. If you could help that would be amazing.
27th, as I'm sure it was the 28th we met. So we have the 29th free too. And still back in time for Halloween.
JD grinned as he read the note, glad that Jack had remembered. He quickly pulled on a pair of pants and a sweater as he headed off to the owelery, holding the note and grinning happilly.
Return by skeleton reindeer, heavily warded, charmed to turn to balloons for anyone else
