Ms Evans,
I have recently discovered that you accessed a letter addressed to the Hospital Wing healer. You are not a healer, you are a volunteer, ande owls addressed to the Hospital Wing, resident healer, Ms Nutter or otherwise are none of your business until said differently. Emergency or urgent notes are clearly marked as they turn red upone entering the Wing, so you knowingly opened a personale letter, which I consider private until the patient gives express permission that their case can be viewed by students, that had nothing to do with you. This is a serious offence ande will not be tolerated in mye Wing. You will be suitably punished, ande if it happens again you will be asked to leave the Hospital Wing. I hope we are clear on this matter and there will be no further confusion. You will report at early morning shift to be tolde of your duties for your punishment.
-Ms Nutter, Head of Hospital Wing

Date: 2006-10-01 02:16 am (UTC)My apologies if I stepped over any boundaries. As I am trusted to follow orders, fill out charts, clean out bedpans, and perform other menial duties, I simply assumed that a generic letter addressed to Hospital Wing staff would be within my realm of authority to open. I encouraged said student to come into the Wing for a professional opinion and did not misrepresent my status as a Student, I assure you.
Perhaps it would help, ma'am, if you were to clarify my duties to me, as I seem to be under an impression of my status that you do not share.
Again, I apologize. It won't happen again.
