Manga night owls.

Hey Kira!

Gogo and I are having a manga night where you basically bring some manga, settle down on a beanbag, snack on Japanese treats and read someone else's manga or chat with people about it. Want to come? Other invitees are Mokuba, Primavera, Nny, Eiko, and Oz. And can you ask Setsuna as well if he'd like to come? I'm assuming you're either rooming with him or in heavy contact with him :P

Hey Oz,

I know you like comics. But do you like manga? If so, Gogo and I are having a manga night where you bring your own manga and read someone else's. Great way to get introed to new manga titles. And I have some comic book titles for DC, courtesy of Gunn, if you'd rather read those. Some of them will be in English for sure. Other people who were invited are Mokuba, Eiko, Primavera, Nny, Kira and Setsuna. If that makes any difference, that is. Not Teddy for sure. You don't want to know what she did to the last volume of manga she borrowed from me.

Awesome! Nice to know that you'll be there.

As for the manga, hm. Maybe leave the hentai ones back because Mokie and Eiko are too young but bring the violent ones along? I kinda doubt that any degree of violence could scar him, and it shouldn't be too hard to keep them away from Eiko. Everyone else would probably love them, anyway.

Thanks for checking, though! Wait. Yellow. Gogo and I were discussing that, do you think it counts as hentai? Or technically yaoi, I suppose...

...Right. Okay. Good call on leaving those behind. And on the double-standard as well, I guess, since I have zero clue what Eiko's world is like or what she got exposed to as a kid.

Except moogles. Hm. I don't think that I ever gave her moogles back.

Eh. I'll leave it behind and if Gogo wants to bring it, I'll remind her that Mokie and Eiko are underage.

...Little servants? They're really weird. But I figured it would be rude to kill them and dissect them, so I didn't.

Sounds fine by me! I'm basically just picking them by looking at them, wondering if Mokuba would have seen the equivalent in real life, and then putting them back if the answer is no.

Hm. Considering some of the Duel Monsters cards that we had holographic projections of, Mokie might have been exposed to those anyway. Depends on what they're doing in the manga, I suppose?

What are the issues you have? The only person I really recognize from that list is Nny, so this should be interesting.

Awesome. See you there. Which titles or chars? I'm trying to read up on as much stuff about Nightwing, Terry, Tim, Bruce and Jason as possible. It's hilarious seeing how offbase some of these guys are but hey, considering how big the universe is and how far all the info must have travelled to be made into comics, I guess it's good that they've got any of the details right at all. No. No, I'm not going to let you get away with that. You need more detail!

At least someone gets to go wild. I suggest thinking very carefully about what kind of manga I like.
