A package -- clearly having been ordered from elsewhere; some shop or other has packaged the whole thing in gift wrap, and sent it directly to the recipient -- arrives at the room of Ichimaru Gin, carried by a house-elf.  There is a small card attached, on which is typed:

Congratulations on your reconciliation and on the consummation of your union.
