Remus, old chum! I must admit that I am getting right bloody tired of a certain special agent's antics, and I am quite sure that my own annoyance with said man is nothing in comparison to your own (said antics being primarily directed at you... and my rum... but that's not the point). I propose that Agent Cooper must be dealt with swiftly and decisively. It seems to me that our best bet at being rid of this annoyance is to deal with it in some sort of... creative fashion, savvy?
Yours truly,
Captain Jack Sparrow

I believe I recognized Professor Crowley's handwriting on Agent Cooper's memo; let me owl him to see if he wants to participate. He is quite an inventive fellow and has much experience in this regard.
Sincerely,
Professor R.J. Lupin
