Ryuuji is NOT a happy camper.

Okay. Owls. He had owls to write, people to correct, LOTS and LOTS of mouthwash to use and probably really should set up some kind of committee to investigate who the hell had been responsible for all of yesterday's mayhem. But see, personal vengeance came first, and writing a Howler to Crowley could wait until later. First he'd work his way through his 'clients'.

And since Alucard's name began with an A, and Ryuuji was taking this in alphabetical order, he ended up waiting outside Alucard's room, glad of his staff/Prefect status since it gave him access to the other House common room. A small sack of Galleons jingling on his palm, dressed in his standard mesh top and black leather trousers, Ryuuji was clearly not in the best moods, as evidenced by the pout that curved his lips, no matter how hard he tried to get rid of it, and the way that he kept needing to shift, frustration adding to his normal hyperactivity.

Reaching up with one hand, he knocked on Alucard's door, three times in rapid succession, swift and sure, then waited for the vampire to open the door so that Ryuuji could explain the whole mess to him.

Ryuuji blinked, and opened his eyes once the kiss was broken, the rich, intense green of them softer than usual. Breath catching at the light kiss to the inside of his wrist, Ryuuji licked over his own lips without thinking; they'd been fuller than usual before, but now they were kiss-swollen once more, wet and tempting.

...It really was very quiet in the room, quiet enough that Ryuuji could have sworn he heard his own heart beating, though that could be just Alucard's nearness, and Ryuuji's hyperawareness of him, and all those thoughts in his mind (Alucard's thoughts, and Ryuuji's thoughts of those thoughts). There really was no reason for his heartbeat to have sped up; it was only one kiss.

Without giving himself time to think about it, Ryuuji leaned forwards, and dropped a kiss on the back of Alucard's hand. He didn't stop there, but instead lipped at the other's knuckles, skin smooth and warm, letting his teeth scrape only lightly over the soft skin. His eyes held a questioning note, Ryuuji keeping his gaze locked on Alucard, and if the vampire made any sign of being uncomfortable or wanting to stop, Ryuuji would do so immediately.

After all, he wanted this.

And the way in which he tilted his head to a side, baring the smooth, golden skin of his neck while dropping a final kiss on the delicate webbing between Alucard's thumb and index finger? Deliberate. Very much so.

Who was paying whom, again? The notion of the "deal" being about Galleons, and Fillerbunny, and some distant memory of a demon in Ryuuji's body, had slipped away. It was freeing to be in the position of being able to focus on one thought at a time, one sensation, one person... without worrying about every minute detail of his own existence.

Alucard had an absolutely passive but aware expression, watching Ryuuji's actions as one might observe other acts taking place upon other parts of the body. Wherever Ryuuji touched became unduly sensitive, and the anticipation of contact made it even more so. Things had become... something other than planned. But had anything been planned in the first place? He wasn't sure, and didn't pause to think long on it after Ryuuji tilted his head. It was an invitation if ever he saw one.

He continued where he'd left off, pressing light kisses to Ryuuji's neck, and throat, then along his jawline, and before he realised what he was doing, he was nuzzling instead of kissing, and smelling instead of tasting, and it definitely wasn't just the scent of blood he was reacting to. Forehead still against Ryuuji's neck, he blindly traced Ryuuji's lips with a finger, memorising their particular contours by touch rather than sight.

"Oh..." A soft, blissful sigh left Ryuuji's lips, the quietest possible exhalation of breath that was also a sound. Alucard's touches were so light; it was maddening. It sensitized his skin, leaving it aflame and anticipating but never doing enough - teasing in the worst way, the kind that would normally have Ryuuji whimpering with frustration and changing the situation into one that pleased him better. Except something held him back from doing that here; it didn't feel right, everything too slow and deliberate for impatience to have its place.

Ryuuji didn't even feel impatient. He felt perfectly content, as if standing in the middle of Alucard's room, surrounded by floating objects and having his neck tenderly kissed was the most natural thing in the world. And maybe it was. The hand that Alucard was holding twisted a little so that it could clasp Alucard's hand in return, fingers interlacing quietly and Ryuuji resting his thumb on top of the other's. There. Better now, heat trapped between both their palms, Alucard's pale skin cream-like against the light gold of Ryuuji's.

Parting his lips just slightly, he breathed out over Alucard's finger in a hot puff of air, then nipped at it lightly, bending his head just a little forwards so that he could trap it between his teeth and suck on the tip of it gently. His tongue traced over the nail of it, then flicked upwards, Ryuuji curious to see if the vampire's skin tasted the same as his lips. The answer was sort of - it was the same taste Ryuuji had experienced when he'd licked at the inside of Alucard's mouth, but weaker. Letting go, he pressed a kiss to the finger and tangled his free hand in Alucard's hair again, fingertips reaching through the locks to rub lightly over the back of Alucard's neck, teasing at the soft hairs there.

((The dreaded entity known as Real Life has me in its clutches currently, I apologise. Between work, school, tentatively planning a move, blah blah anyway... I should be able to be around more near the weekend - I hope.

And I'm wondering, before I continue anything IC, what you're comfortable with having happen between these two? I'm sorry if I've forced you to play anything you didn't want to? You just need to tell me. I'm paranoid sometimes. It looks like Ryuuji/Terry may happen soon, and I don't want to mess that up for you IC or OOC. I was worried the... sort of flirtation thing Ryuuji and Alucard had going on before would cause problems between Ryuuji/Tom, too. *headdesk* Some days it's a wonder I still RP, when I'm so anal about making sure I don't step on anyone's toes.))

((No worries! Good luck with getting everything sorted you for. RP is secondary to Real Life much as I might wish it were otherwise.

You haven't forced me to play anything I don't want, and I'm comfortable with anything you are. Terry and Ryuuji - Ryuuji told Terry he's on the rebound, and not really into the idea of a serious relationship, so although they might get together in the future, it's unlikely anything would happen for a couple of months at the very least. They're both free agents. And awww, I'm glad you're still RPing. So's Ryuuji.

...And Terry-mun has a vampire fixation so she completely understands Ryuuji's liking of Alucard. And wouldn't mind her char getting vamped as long as he can get turned back at some point. XD))

Okay, I'm glad everything's cool. Sorry if all my worrying is annoying. Yeah, I read their one log that was posted in h_h, that's what made me want to ask about things. XD

O RLY. This I did not know. Very interesting. ^_~ A vamped out plot could be pretty fun! Joachim's mun and I have been toying with the idea of Joachim attempting to turn Alucard fully. Being a vampire will be like the new black, heh.))

Hah. XD Ryuuji wouldn't mind being a vampire either, except he wouldn't like the side-effects. And ooooh. Man. Ryuuji would go so pouty if Alucard got turned against his will because Luca's his friend and sounds stronger as a half-vamp than a full one.))
