J.A.I.L.B.A.I.T. Teaparty ::Semi-Screened for Female Chars Under 30::

Madam Rosmerta has cleared away most of the usual tables and booths. There are still a few small tables scattered around the large room, and a cheery fire is crackling in the fireplace. Along one wall are long tables loaded with tea sandwiches, scones, petit fours, candies, biscuits and other rich treats. On the opposite wall there is tea with all the accoutrements, a fountain type punchbowl, and coffee for those who prefer it to tea. Butterbeer is also available on request.

The tables hold bouquets of early spring flowers -- snowdrops, narcissus, and crocus in pink, yellow and white. There are soft yellow, pink, and white ribbons on the candle sconces, as well.

In a back room, the models from Gladrags are bustling around, changing into the various cloaks and robes they will be showing the attendees. They can't be seen, but it is possible to hear their indistinct chatter.

After checking the arrangements with Madam Rosemerta, Ginny stands near the door, nervously waiting for Emma to show up, and worried about whether the party will come off well, and very excited about her friends meeting each other. She's dressed in an aqua green Muggle dress with small yellow flowers, and wearing the new silver snitch necklace Harry gave her.



((While screened for female characters under the age of 30, the Three Broomsticks is a public facility, so it is possible for other characters to crash the party. It'll be a lot easier if they're disguised as a female under thirty, though. *wink*))

"Boyfriend? I pretty much get some, get gone. I don't really chill around afterward. And trust me Red, it's easy to get it on again without acknowledging their exsistence..." Faith grinned, slipping the Firewhisky nonchalantly into the punch bowl and giving it a few stirs.

"So what was your big secret?"

*laughing* You're the complete opposite of my brother! You two should talk, really. Maybe you could find some middle ground. He's driving me stark, raving bonkers!

*watches the whiskey go into the punchbowl and wonders if she should try it on top of the glass of wine she had with Glory*

Let's just give it a test, shall we?

*huge grin on her face* All right, promise not tell, Faith? Especially my brothers? *is very nervous and blushing more than a little, but still dying to tell* I, um, got to do a bit of tumbling, myself.

Faith poured herself a little of the spiked punch and drank it. She sat for a minute and then smirked a little. "Not bad." She said to herself. She had a very high tolerance. She then turned her attention to Ginny.

She listened to Ginny speak and then got a huge grin on her face.

"You got laid? Yeah Red!" She smiled and laughed. "Who's the lucky fella?"

I knew you'd come up with a good recipe! *takes a cup of spiked punch, herself and sips at it, coughing a little when the alcohol hits her throat; it burns a good bit more than the wine did*

*really is Red now, she's blushing so much* Who?! There's only one boy I'd do that with!

Faith grins at Ginny "Gotta build up a little tolerance, like the big girls!" She teased at Ginny as she sputtered a little bit on the alcohol.

"Oooh, the boyfriend. Harry? Something like that? Is he good? Do you share?" Faith winked at Ginny. "Aw, you know I'm just messing with you Red." SHe shoved Ginny playfully.

*grins and takes another sip, and doesn't cough quite so much this time* It really is pretty good, Faith.

Of course Harry! *has nothing to compare him to and would be indignant, but she knows Faith's just having fun with her* He's amazing and no, I don't share!

*has a much better idea for Faith*

I do know someone who might benefit from your experience, though. *winks and drinks a bit more of the punch, starting to feel just a little giddy*

Faith grins and looks at Ginny.

"And who's the lucky catch? Is it going to be a challenge. Having to work to get in their pants always puts me in the right mood." She stretched playfully and winked at Ginny.

Oh, it's going to be a serious challenge. He's a nice boy and very funny and, I guess he's cute if he's not your brother. He's just a bit nervous about boys and girls touching. He really needs to lighten up, a lot. *grins back at Faith*

Well, I suppose he's cute. It's hard to say, since he's my brother. His girlfriend last year seemed to think he was awfully cute. *laughs* I'm afraid you're going to have to get him drunk first, if you can even get him to drink. I think you may need all the help you can get, even with those mad skills you mentioned! It's not that he's not fun, though. He's pretty decent at Quidditch and he gets in his own sort of trouble. He's just, well, you know how some boys are about girls.

*wonders if she should warn Faith about the puppet, but decides to see just how up for a challenge she is*
