With a smirk on his lips, the appropriate ritual costume (blue t-shirt, jeans, a long black coat and his buckliest, most alien-stompiest boots on) Dib swoops into the Gryffindor Common Room at the pre-arranged time. He puts his hands on his TALL hips and scowls about, narrow-eyedly seeking his friendmortal enemy!

Alright! The time appointed for the duel was at hand!

Having cut his hair extremely short and dyed it blue, then glamored himself to a paler skin color, drawn on blue tattoos, glamored his eyes to a bright blue and added a few fake scars to his body, Ryuuji attired himself in a pair of extremely short blue swim trunks and flipflops, then trotted down to the agreed-upon meeting place. He had decided to pose as Azure Nil, a Ravenclaw student who was a staunch defender of Stephen's. To that end, he had painted -- in kanji -- 'Maturin fanboy' on his arm.

Bucketful of small, fat waterballoons being jauntily swung to-and-fro, Ryuuji sat down under the trees and waited to see if his unknown challenger would show up. If not, he mused, he could perfectly well just have a fight with anyone else around as long as they didn't look to be dressed in expensive clothing...

((Thread is actually open for anyone that wants to play, but ICly, Ryuuji is waiting for Sirus to show up so that they can 'duel'. He just doesn't know it's Sirus. XD))

Introduction to Charms

The following notice is posted to all common rooms, outside the Great Hall and outside the Charms classroom and Narcissa's office.


An introductory course in Charms will be held the afternoon of 13 July in the Charms classroom on the third floor. All class activities will accomodate all levels of skill so all that is truly needed is a desire to learn. Please sign below with both name and house affiliation.


((OOC: While Narcissa will be assigning partners ICly, I'm willing to either let everyone OOCly pick their characters' partners or do the picking (by pulling names out of a 'hat' to partner people up) - whichever you personally prefer. Please post to this post OOCly when you have partners chosen or if you are sticking your characters in for a randomly-drawn partnering. Or here, so long as I know what's going on in time for class! xD And class will be posted sometime early a.m. EST on the 13th.

ETA: If you are OOCly unavailable during the time after the 13th, feel free to RP late or just sign up. Your character will be noted as attending, unless you want me to make Narcissa to note it as a IC 'skip.' xD
ETA2: If you are tossing more than one character in for random partnering, please let me know so I don't partner you with yourself.))

Hola, peoples!

So, California is totally rockin'. I'm back with my team, and things are cool, you know. Hitting the waves and all that. We went up to the City, and I bought a whole ton of chocolates for you guys, 'cause I'm bitchin' like that. So, have some yummy candy. If I bought it from a Muggle store it can't be bad, right? Right.
