After the whirlwind of her first few days at Hogwarts, Gogo's social life had quietened down somewhat. She'd spent most of the past few days in the library or abandoned classrooms, learning anything that might give her the upper hand in the inevitable (to her mind) fight against Black Mamba.

But Gogo wasn't used to her education being so... theoretical. A break was needed. It was a cool, clear evening, and she decided to take a walk around the grounds. Not as exciting as sparring - but certainly preferable to spending another moment in the increasingly-oppressive library.

((This takes place after Stephen and Lupin's latest "experiment" and River and Simon's chat (the latter still in progress), and will be rated R for their usual kinks--- well, minus the barbed wire. ;) ))

Regrettably, I haven't quite been feeling up to snuff re writing recently; thankfully enough, this coincides with a little vacation I'm taking Monday - Thursday, in which I will guaranteed have no internet access - a bit of a breather, if you will. (This is the reason I've been hesitant about starting new RPs recently, in case anyone was wondering; knowing that I've left something plot-wise unfinished would bug me all vacation until I could get back to finish.)

In any case, expect nothing from me until...maybe sometime late-ish Thursday. Wish me luck catching up then.

((OOC announcement: As those playing at home might have gathered from Susan's recent owl to the Hat, I'm sending Susan on a little break, because we both need it. My other characters will all be active and available for RP, but for the next week in realtime and gametime, Susan will be unreachable by magical or conventional means. She's gone to stay at her grandfather's house to rest and clear her head, and the only beings who can find her there are DEATH himself and Death of Rats. (The "in case of emergency" procedure below is a formality -- Susan insisted on it -- so if one is even thinking about using it, it had better be for a really good reason. ;} ) If anyone replies to the following letters, she will not see the reply ICly until she gets back. Susan's mail is being held, at her request, by Stephen Maturin's house-elf -- the new one, not the now-fired Aloysius.))

Peyton was in the library. She had her sketchbook and quill out; drawing seemed to be the only way to distract her. She drew several quick sketches, amused that her people came to life on her page once she had finished a picture. However, this was only the focus of attention for just under half an hour, she just didn't feel up to it. She decided to look around at the books, to see if she could catch up on some studying; get ahead on studying, since she hadn't yet started any classes. She returned to a chair, with a pile of books in hand. She didn't open a single one, though. She couldn't concentrate. She played with her hands, wondering if it was as obvious to others just how agitated she was. She felt sick and was sure it must be visible that she was shaking. Her back ached and so did her neck. 'I haven't slept in days,' she thought, 'That's why I feel like this... just lack of sleep.' She thought it was loneliness keeping her awake, at least she told herself it was. She looked around the library, hoping for someone to talk to her. She didn't want them to know the truth though, not unless they could help her. 'My god do I need a blow!' she whispered to herself, finally admitting the truth. It had been a a few days, maybe even a week, since the last time. She wanted to quit, well, she thought she did, she just didn't know how to go about it.

Backdated like woah, to when Tim and Kon were in the infirmary post SBP beating them both down like the sorry losers that they are. To be Continued in comments. Wherein Timmy and Kon talk, and there is much angst, because apparantly that is what Timmy and Kon do.

Also, wherein Tim actually explains to Kon why the hell he's so screwed up. xD
