As Dean neared the bar he saw Bobby and Cas walking out together, it was his lucky day. Dean grinned as the two men stepped out of the bar and pulled his wand free from his jeans "Fancy meetin' you two here." With that the hunter wiggled his eyebrows and quickly uttered the words to the first spell, aiming for Bobby first, he knew he needed to instigate the hunter mostly and hoped Cas would follow along. Of course his spell missed and in the next instant Dean turned and fired another misfired spell at Cas.
Eyes going wide, he played it off well as he looked at the two men left unaffected and then down at his wand "Crap, these things don't shoot like guns." And with that, and another set of misfired spells over his shoulders Dean Winchester took off running down the halls heading for the spot Sam had set up .

Working gingerly, looking beyond the places he'd usually target, he very carefully and very selectively blocked certain neural pathways, deadening the man's ability to perceive pain in specific regions since he couldn't correct the underlying cause.
"That should help," he said, dropping his hand, "but I'll have to undo it later. It shouldn't be left like that indefinitely." Pain served a necessary purpose; without it, Bobby could be seriously injured and never even realize it. Hopefully, the tower's lingering effects wouldn't take too long to fade. "Try to take it easy for a few days, Bobby, and call me immediately if you notice any other ill effects."

Bobby looked down at his hands, flexing them experimentally. The aches were gone. Well if it didn't last forever, he could at least enjoy a few days without any aches or pains.
"Thanks Cas, I'll call."

True to his word, he didn't linger, but pulled the door open and exited, closing it quietly behind him.
