Unable to wait any longer now that everyone had agreed to go flying with him, Adam sent owls to Nny, Susan, River, Kaylee, Teatime, Harry, Ginny, and Devi to let them know that he'd gone down to the Quidditch pitch and to meet him there. He snatched his broom and practically ran down to the field, excited to meet new people and get into the air once again.

"I suppose you ought to ask Ryuuji. He's the Slytherin prefect. He got kinda mad when I suggested that it might not be fair to have someone on their team that takes up half the Quidditch field. Then he told me that I was bein' discriminatory, and he invited the Professor to play."

"I wouldn't want you to get into an argument with your new prefect on my account. He'd probably just say you were discriminatin', too."

That was a sore spot for Adam who was probably the most open minded person on the planet.

"Well, there's bound to be something in the rules. I mean, I'm pretty sure it's only humans that are allowed to play, usually magical creatures are just mascots. Then again the school's changed so much it might not be illegal now."

"I dunno," shrugs Adam. "Nagini is the Slytherin team's Seeker."

Harry nearly falls off his broom "Nagini? That's just too weird."

"I know. I dunno how a snake is gonna hold a broom and catch a ball, but I guess we'll find out. Professor Snape and Lucius Malfoy only agreed to be the team's Beaters in order to protect her. It's prob'ly for the best that you're not a Seeker right now..."
