When closets rebell ((Open RP, Great Hall))

There were things about this school that were beyond Kusuriyuri's dreams. That he'd find ones so precious to him as Kurama and his students was still surprising to him, still enough to bring a secret smile to his lips.

There were things about this school that were beyond baffling. The tendency for friends, enemies, and otherwise to show up and vanish with little notice, for one.

The fact that his closet refused to give him anything but a short black dress this morning was another. No matter where he looked in their apartment, he could not find his kimono or even any of Kurama's clothes to charm to fit him. It was the only clothing, aside from a black headscarf, he could find.

Believing his closet to be as perverse as the rest of this school, he also figured he wouldn't find his normal clothing until he'd been properly humiliated by wearing what his closet offered.

Boukensha looked at him in askance, but insisted on riding on his shoulder as he went to the Great Hall on his way to his office to study. He hoped that there would be few about as he left, but was sure that there was some perversion in the school that would cause his hope to be rendered into naught.

"You will hardly look foolish," Yukimura protested. "You underestimate yourself, an ability I did not think your kind possessed."

Kurama rolled his eyes, but held up his hands in surrender. "Of course, of course. I'm sure I'll look fantastic. Does the explanation suit?"

"It is sufficient," Yukimura said, waving Kurama away, laughing as he did so. "Quickly, before I am tempted to peek!"

"Thanks," Kurama laughed, ducking out the door and back to Kusuriyuri. Thank goodness Yukimura hadn't insisted on going with.

Kusuriyuri stood between a statue and a collumn, waiting for Kurama to reappear, not that he terribly minded what he was wearing, but he had caught the expressions Kurama had given the students they'd passed. "All is well?" he asked, stepping out of the shadows.

"He agreed, provided I wear the kimono next time we have a drink. Shall we?"

Boukensha eyed Kurama and then mewed, stretching out as he did. Kusuriyuri held out the kitten. "Indeed. He is not coming?" he asked solemnly.

Kurama shook his head, taking Boukensha to rest on his own shoulder. "No, but he can be ruthless, so that's a good thing. we can find something quickly and go back to our room and change." He led the way towards Yukimura's room, down to Slytherin commons.

"This one thinks that changing may take more time than strictly required," Kusuriyuri said solemnly. "He doubts Shirogitsune is busy enough to allow him to dress himself."

"That is so," Kurama said, matching Kusuriyuri's solemn tone. The tone, however, completely belied the little smile that was twitching at the corner of his mouth. "As it happens, Shirogitsune has no commitments other than Moujuutsukai-san."

"As I thought," Kusuriyuri said, nodding as though some great mystery had unfolded itself. He looked up at Kurama. "If, perchance, the closet misbehaves again, should I simply summon you, to save time?" he asked, his tone still as solemn as it had been.

"If it does, I will have to think of a suitable distraction from your clothing woes," Kurama nodded, schooling his face into something quite serious.

Kusuriyuri raised an eyebrow. "Undoubtedly," he replied dryly, though his hand reached out for Kurama's.

Kurama reached as well, still attempting a serious face. They were almost at Yukimura's room, anyway.

"Ore no baka na kitsune," Kusuriyuri whispered fondly, his fingers tightening around Kurama's a little. "So, then, shall we?" he asked, gesturing to the door.

"Ojamashimasu, (http://www.jisho.org/words?jap=ojamashimasu&eng=&dict=edict&romaji=on)" Kurama said, pushing open the door. The layout of the room was pretty much the same as any other, so there was no problem finding the closet. It seemed Yukimura had gathered quite a collection of kimono. Along with the cute school uniform, Kurama noticed with a chuckle.

"Ojamashimasu," Kusuriyuri echoed, following closely behind Kurama. He peered into the closet. "He is fond of clothing," he said blandly. Turning to Kurama, he asked, "So, does Shirogitsune see one he would like?"

"Yeah he is." Kurama rummaged through the various kimono a minute. All of them would look much better on someone like Yukimura or Kusuriyuri, he thought.

Kusuriyuri reached out and touched the kimono, tracing some of the pattens subtly woven into the fabric. "It would suit," he murmured.

Kurama flushed a little. "Uh, what about one for you? Find anything?"

"This (http://ichiroya.com/item/list3/157373/) is pleasing, is it not?" Kusuriyuri asked. "Or does Itoshii see one he prefers?"

"I think you would look wonderful in that," Kurama smiled. The color was especially nice, being something he was used to seeing Kusuriyuri wear.

"Then," Kusuriyuri murmured, "perhaps we should go, then, before Itoshii becomes too impatient."

Kurama smothered a laugh. "No, I don't think that would be appreciated." He gathered up the kimono he'd chosen and offered his free arm to Kusuriyuri. "Let's go, then. I want to get you out of that dress," he grinned.

Kusuriyuri took Kurama's arm. "This one thinks that is as far as redressing will progress today," he said solemnly, though he squeezed Kurama's hand lightly.
