Wishbone's chocolate made me remember an old meme that had been kind of fun.

Your character has been force-fed a truth potion and tied to a chair. There's no hope for escape, so don't bother trying. Yes, even for you, Bond. I see you working the knots. No, Lezard, you can't turn us all into tribbles.

Both characters and muns can ask questions. The characters have to answer truthfully, but if they're skilled in verbal gymnastics, they can try to talk their way out of answering. Make a post with the names of the characters up for play, and we'll interrogate them suitably.

Hmm. I have to say that doesn't quite appeal. Elves are scum. I'd no more desire to couple with an elf than with a lifeless doll. The divine creatures I adore I would not need or wish to vivisect.

*thoughtfully* In the beginning it was simpler. I was alone and I wished ... for a great many things ... Not companionship, really. not quite that; but to be understood as no fellow mortal had proven capable of understanding. A divine entity can see into one's very soul ...

*laughs* Of course, what would a divine entity see in my soul that it might find appealing? That is where things get complicated -- got complicated. This annoying truth serum makes me speak more candidly than I'd prefer, but it cannot make me disclose what I don't fully understand. It makes me admit that I don't fully understand! What I want, what I wanted ... I wanted to bring myself up to her level, and bring her down to mine. I wanted her to want me, to love me, and to be humiliated by her own desire for a thing such as I would appear to be in her eyes.

I wanted her to suffer as I had suffered, so that I might console her.
