Near,
Uh. Hey.
So I remember you saying you've got better hand-eye coordination up close, so... yeah.
Break my DS and you're paying for two more. Plus accessories.
Matt
((OOC: With the owl comes a slightly careworn DS and two games.))

Konata,
Hope you're not backing out! Tell me when and where - unless you want to play in Ravenclaw, I've found a PS2 and a shitload of games here.

Ryuzaki,
I found out a little more about transport here - they've got a method of fire-to-fire travel that can get you just about anywhere. So we can get to any major city we like instantaneously to pick up computers.
I know London better, but Glasgow would be smaller and probably quicker.
Let me know!

Date: 2008-03-13 06:30 pm (UTC)I leave it to your judgement. I know both cities, but not in terms of electronic stores.
I think I also need a sweater. Scotland is cold, and the castle is stone. If you are amenable to a short detour, that is.

Date: 2008-03-14 01:30 am (UTC)Glasgow, then? It can't be too tricky to navigate. To be honest, I want to get in and get back out again as quick as possible (while still getting everything we need).
Are you going to stick with stripes? It was a good look.

Date: 2008-03-14 01:34 am (UTC)Glasgow is fine. I am not much of a shopper. In fact, I have never really been. Provided we can find a bank to begin with, I will have more than an adequate amount of money.
Stripes, I think I will leave to you. Softness is all I require. Soon, then.

Date: 2008-03-14 01:40 am (UTC)Never really been shopping, you mean? I prefer doing it online. I'm not really an 'outside' sort of person.
Oh yeah. That whole 'money' thing. Hmm...Up to you, but I think you're depriving the world of an awesome fashion statement. Or something.

Date: 2008-03-14 01:43 am (UTC)The orphanage will cover the cost of your computer. Chalk it up to 'educational resource,' if you like, repayment for helping me navigate the retail world.
I do not think I am the sort to make statements with fashion. I will leave that to you, and your stripes and vests and goggles.

Date: 2008-03-14 02:02 am (UTC)... I can pay it back, if necessary. Most of my things were probably repossessed when I died, but I have got some work, which'll eventually lead to some payment. And it's not like I need to spend money on food or anything here.
Ah. So you're making an 'I don't care about fashion' fashion statement?
Matt

Date: 2008-03-14 02:06 am (UTC)I would be uncomfortable if you did. I have no shortage of financial means, and you are deceased. My own death will not have changed the account availability.
I do care about fashion. It should be soft. And I should be able to sit comfortable in it. That is most important.

Date: 2008-03-14 02:23 am (UTC)Okay. I'll buy you some drinks or something sometime - I technically sort of owe you for that whole 'bed, board and education' thing.
... you found out about that, huh? How much do you know/should I mention/not mention?
That's caring more about the clothes themselves than fashion. And my stuff is comfortable!

Date: 2008-03-14 02:28 am (UTC)Acceptable. And; Near told me about the nature of the event, but not the details. I would prefer it remain undiscussed. No matter what you say, I will glean some details from it, and I am trying not to, in hopes of not damaging time continuity. If such a thing is even possible.
Your things are comfortable, but you are short.

Date: 2008-03-14 02:36 am (UTC)Awesome. Once I've been paid, name a time and place.
I was planning not to say anything, but I know I've slipped up a couple of times already. Although yeah, seeing as you're YOU, it's impossible you won't figure some of it out.
You won't be buying my clothes. Striped sweaters aren't all in my size. Yellow and black would be
hystericalgood, for instance.Matt

Date: 2008-03-14 02:39 am (UTC)I would not have deduced it, from anything you alone had said, if it is any comfort. But you are not the only person who knows.
...I am a detective, Matt, not a bumblebee.

Date: 2008-03-14 02:43 am (UTC)Yeah. If it's any consolation, I'm sure none of the others would have said anything deliberately. You're just too damn smart.
Go on. You must see that it would be EPIC LULZ.

Date: 2008-03-14 02:44 am (UTC)It is easy to see, from the way Near carries himself, who he has become. But thank you for the compliment.
Epic what?

Date: 2008-03-14 03:02 am (UTC)It was always gonna be Near, man. But... no, I've got nothing. Sorry.
LULZ. It's an internet thing. Basically I think it'd be funny.

Date: 2008-03-14 03:03 am (UTC)Mello wouldn't have liked it anyways.
I am sure that it might, but unless it is especially soft, I think it might not happen.

Date: 2008-03-14 03:08 am (UTC)Actually, I agree. He wouldn't have known what to do with himself once he was actually number one. But I guess it's all done with now.
I'll bear that in mind.

Date: 2008-03-14 04:16 am (UTC)Sounds great. If you're coming up to Ravenclaw, can you bring the Gamecube? I can come help carry if you like.

Date: 2008-03-14 04:25 am (UTC)So it was a rather tangled up Konata who came with a Gamecube and a plethora of games, including Soul Caliber 2.
