Dr. Hodgins,
I hope you don't think I've overstepped my bounds, but I've recruited two friends of mine to help with our research. Mello has already agreed to write the questionnaire (it will be rather a long one, it seems) and Matt can be of great help compiling statistics. Also, we might want to consider what sort of incentive we can offer our subjects.
I don't believe I asked, what is your doctorate in?
Hopefully we can all meet to discuss this soon.

Your friends are competent, right? My doctorates are in entomology and chemistry--I'm a bug and slime guy.

And of course they're competent. The chemistry might prove very useful, especially if this turns into an extended project; perhaps unicorns sense pheromones?

Do you have experience with insect pheromones? There may be some common ground.

How is procuring specimens going? Mello and I have made a fair bit of headway on the questionnaire.

Date: 2008-03-04 03:41 am (UTC)I actually made a sort-of appointment (http://community.livejournal.com/hogwarts_hocus/1546539.html) with Dr. Grant to see what we could do. He says he's yet to teach a class on unicorns, but he might be able to help us catch some. His afternoon's free, so want to come along?
