Not to sound too awful, but I should also like to nominate myself. In my past I've been rather good at solidifying a team, and I would like to help out here as much as possible.
I'm good at strategy, as well.

As some of you may know, I have accepted the position of Professor of Divination from the board, and will shortly begin classes. I am still an enrolled student at Hogwarts, however, and will continue to keep residence in the dormitories, and will convert my personal space awarded to me by the board as an additional classroom.

As such, I am unsure if I shall be able to continue on as the Beater for the Hufflepuff house, however much I may desire it. Is there a precedent for this sort of thing, or shall I inquire of the boards?

I shall not be applying for the captainacy of the team, in either case.

Since you're a prefect, maybe you could set up a vote of some sort? I really think it would be best if everyone on the team had some input into choosing a captain.

Oh dear, with so many people nominating themselves... maybe we shouldn't be allowed to vote for ourselves? Otherwise everyone would vote for themself and we wouldn't get anywhere.
