Dear Mum and Dad,

I don't want you to be alarmed or anything, and you don't need to come up here, but I thought you should know that an evil, dark magic puppet thing that claims it is the real Ron and calls me a Hell Hag and tries to hurt me has gotten magically attached to Ron's left hand, and we can't get it off. Other than that, everything here is wonderful! How is Bill? Is Fleur driving you mad about the wedding yet?

Ron's managed to get an evil puppet thing attached to his hand. Could you come to Harry's and my room? Professor Dumbledore is trying to help him, but I think he could you all the family support he can get.

Dear Fred and George,

Do you two have anything in your supplies that removes puppets? Ron's got an evil dark magic puppet thingy attached to his left hand. If you've got anything that might help, or even something that would cheer him up a bit, like some of your special fireworks or exploding Quaffles or some of those fake wands you do so well, could you bring them to Harry's and my room? Professor Dumbledore's there trying to help, but I think Ron could use a bit of a laugh, as well.
