If this seems a bit out of character, it is. But, well, being corrupted by/into a mononoke can do that to you.

Kaga shuffled out of bed, struggled a bit to get a shirt on (an oddly plain black one, meaning he was dressed all in black), grabbed his wand, and left his room.

It wasn't until he was outside Gryffindor house that he looked down at his wand, which was in his left hand, since his right one was still messed up. Pondering for a second, he let it drop down until it was angled to the wall/floor seam. Fire started to pour from the tip of his wand to burn on the floor, reaching up the wall.

With an oddly serene face, Kaga began to walk around the school, a trail of fire following him, the angle only changing if he spotted a painting he wanted to burn.

She glided into the sorting room, tall, whip-thin and chalk-pale under her billowing black cloak. She took her time, surveying the room as she did so. When she lowered the hood of her cloak, eyes almost as pale as her skin flicked around, taking in the sights, and her angular face betrayed no emotion. The tattoos on her bald head did nothing to soften her image.

She moved smoothly to the table, glancing at the parchment and reading it. A slow, amused smile drew the corners of her mouth up.
