I'm not waiting for Karasu to do something, like we did with B. We're going to be proactive on this if I have to kick everyone into motion. So, I send the following owl to A, Kurama, Near (so he has a copy), L, Matt, Kusuriyuri, and Hiei.

As you know by now, we've had the...pleasure...of a new student who's decided that a few of us make good targets. We need to prepare as much as possible before he learns magic. To do that, we need to know what we are preparing against and what we have to work with. If there are others that should be involved, please forward this to them. If possible, I'd like to have a meeting in the dojo at the earliest convenience.
