Open Office Hours: Divination

Having almost completed the curriculum for his first class, Daniel felt he should probably get a feel for who was interested in taking the course, so he could tailor his instruction accordingly. If all went well, he'd hold class on Monday, and see what happened.
Truth be told, he was nervous. It had been years since he'd lectured, and though his subject matter had the weight of research behind it, it was just as outlandish as his long-ago theories about the pyramids. Maybe this way--getting to know the prospective students--would make it easier to go up in front of them and not feel like an utter twit.
His office was much like his old one at the SGC--tidy in areas, chaotic in others, and full of artifacts from all over the world. He'd at least cleared away the forest of used coffee mugs, straightened his books, and made the paper piles (which, though not as bad as Jack's, were still rather impressive) disappear into a cabinet.
Well, here we go, he thought, settling in with a notebook and a fresh cup of coffee.
((Come on in and bug Daniel, even if you're not planning to take Divination.Poor guy has been woefully neglected by his mun))
