"You're Maddie," he said, smiling briefly to pretend he hadn't heard her question. He pointed to the departing samurai to stave off her inevitable question of how he knew. "Heard you talking to him; you're right. Weapons are," he fluttered his hands and stuck out his tongue. "Bleah. If more people had that mindset it would be a merrier universe."
