Benihana waitresses didn't wear red kimonos, they wore fetching tan uniforms. From this, Andy's advanced skills of deduction told him that the knockout Japanese dame was not a Benihana waitress.
She had to be a geisha.
He tried to make eye contact with her, the way he'd do across a crowded bar. Though he wasn't sure, would a geisha be drinking too, or would she be serving the drinks? And with this geisha continually looking down, he couldn't catch her eye. So finally he came right over.
"Is there something on the floor I can help you find? Dropped your contact?"
