Well. He did manage most everything.
Basher surveyed his room to make sure he got everything.
22 AK-47s (he had tried to get two more but that deal fell through)
An M47 Dragon (it had been the best he could do, rocket launcher wise)
Both crates of the M67s, two crates of the MK3A2s, and six individual incendiary grenades.
And of course, ammo for the above.
All in all, Bash was satisfied with his haul and was sure the Baron would be as well. So with the aid of the shrinking spell, Basher put them in a secure case and went to his office, knocking.

As he saw that it was Basher Tarr, he smiled, beckoning him to come in- presumably, he'd found the goods he'd requested, although the case looked a bit small. Perhaps the rest were elsewhere, since that would have been a lot to carry at once.

He did have enough foresight to set the Dragon down before de-spelling it. "I couldn't find the model rocket launcher you asked for, but I did find an older model still in good condition."
In a case within the case, secured to prevent explosions, were the incendiary grenades. "I could only find six incendiary grenades, so use them wisely."
And the crates he also set on the floor before enlarging them. "And two crates each of the grenades you wanted, and ammo for the rocket launcher and guns."

Date: 2009-08-23 12:56 am (UTC)"Excellent, that shall do splendidly- I hope they weren't too difficult to obtain." He looked over the haul, deciding Basher had actually done a remarkable job of it- so the rocket launcher was of an older model, and there were a couple guns less and no tank- but he'd never expected a tank to begin with. "Quite splendidly in fact- I'll make sure to always let you know if I'm in need of any other teaching aides in the future." He passed both pouches over to Basher, one containing the other half of the agreed-on payment, the other a sizable bonus. Vladimir then accio'd himself an AK-47, and looked it over carefully, running his fingers over all the parts of the weapon.
"The Imperium's not going to happen for thousands of years, and yet. . . we still use very similar equiptment, most of the time. Sure, we've got lasguns, but, we can't actually use those most of the time. We've all got shields, and the two don't mix well." He wasn't about to accio himself a grenade, but looked over the crates approvingly, thinking it was more than enough for his planned 'extra credit' class. He nodded approvingly at the proper transport of the incendiary grenades. "Six will do just fine- we'll not be needing more than that. They're mostly for demonstration, and, to add a little extra challenge to my 'extra credit' lesson plans." He grinned- given the no-kill magic at Hogwarts, the Baron felt that a live-action war game would be both educational, and, enjoyable, and not just for him. "I'm hoping it'll be a popular class- a bit more entertaining and practical than sitting around and looking at books."

Date: 2009-08-23 01:34 am (UTC)"The ones that want to- it's not a required class. Although it should be." He grinned slightly as he examined the AK-47s mechanisms in detail. "There's a lot more 'Muggles' with these effective single-purpose wands than there are wizards. It would do the students very well to be aware of just what theyr'e capable of. As no one can actually die on the grounds, there's few lessons more effective than a first-hand lesson. Being able to swish a wand around and produce remarkable magics doesn't make them immune to the rest of the world."
