Table for Two (Closed RP, River/A, possible NSFW)

Another day well-spent studying, exploring, and playing with cats and a very solemn tarsier was coming to a close when River noticed a note left for her on her desk. It was an invitation from A to join him for dinner (and so sweetly formal it was, too) and obviously an offer she wouldn't dream of refusing.

She was about to turn around and leave immediately, but paused. Wouldn't be such a bother to wear something nicer than Hogwarts-brand salvation army Room of Requirement stuff. So she raided her closet, found something a bit nicer (probably left behind by another student, or the her that had been here before, considering the fit) and then set on her way, quite content.

The kiss made it perfect, somehow amplified the fact of her presence, made it all even more real. He clasped her to him and for a moment, everything was perfect, as pleasure crested in him and he whimpered, clinging to her, through a dazzling climax. Breathless, he nuzzled her hair.

He wanted to make her feel like that. How?

River had to take her time before she could do anything but lay against him and pull oxygen. That was... was... what was that? It wasn't like how Inara or Kaylee (or Zoey, in her no-nonsense way) had described things. For one, there was a lot less naked. For two, just touching could make that happen?

"A," she sighed, once she had caught her breath, "We should... we should do this more often."

Laughing, he held her close, kissing her forehead, her cheeks, and lips, lightly and exuberantly. It had been good, not filthy, not filthy at all, and and all the way there had been River's wonderful, joyful presence that always brought him such delight.

"I, oh, oh, yes, I would like that," he murmured, and kissed her again. "And I would like to know, to find out how to be better at it."

His underwear, of course, was sticky. But he could get up and change that later. Now he had a happy River in his arms and an overwhelming sense of well-being.
