Blair let out a long, huffy breath, dropping the issue of special hats and such to debate the current cost being thrown into the air. So a thousand dollars wasn't exactly much for Blair to handle. That was a pair of Manolo Blahniks and a Prada bag, pretty much, and she had a good million of those. It was just, well, she kind of got to wear those. They were pretty. ...This was just a vote. Who did that, anyway?
