Open RP: Gryffindor Commons (Garu)

After the Sorting Hat's announcement that he was now residing in Gryffindor house, Garu exited the room to do a little exploring. He was sure he would become incredibly, monumentally lost, but he was not going to be asking for directions.

"Besides," he said, to nobody in particular. "Doing it for myself will make it that much easier to remember for later."

His gait was casual, and he looked around at everything as he passed, his eyes flitting among suits of armor and tapestries to the cold stone that surrounded him.

"Nice place. A little dark, but not bad."

He passed a few people scurrying by in the other direction, wearing matching robes that made a soft noise behind them as they went.

"Man, where does a guy go to get his uniform around here?"
