Sirius looked up briefly when Lily sat down, but almost immediately his eyes turned back downward. He was a little bit hungry, but for now, he just sat there, continuing to scratch at the surface of the table with his thumb. He was still hurt and angry, and he just didn't know what to say to Lily, especially in front of Harry. He didn't really know what he was waiting for, either, but whatever it was, it hadn't happened yet, and so he just sat there silently, looking down at the table.
