Renata's brow furrowed slightly as she thought. "Yes, and no. Draining is perhaps not the word I would use. Matrix work does require expenditure of energy, considerably so; the same energy that fuels the body's physical muscles fuels the currents --" She frowned. "I do not think the concepts translate well. In any case, no harm is done, and that is why I would not say 'draining'. But I will need to replenish energy after I am done."
