Watch the right. You favor your right when you turn.

Steph took a deep breath, and started a series of handsprings, occasionally aiming at one of the person-shaped outlines now covering a small circle of unfortunate trees. The outlines had red targets for fatal injuries, white targets for temporarily debilitating injuries, and pink targets for injuries fatal if not given immediate medical treatment.

Instead of batarangs (Spoilerangs, because she had painted them eggplant!), Steph was trying her luck with hexes. Using a weapon you didn’t immediately discard was hard to get used to.

She took a break to inspect the damage, and was happy to see that none of the red targets were hit. One of the trees was turned into a chicken, but you had to pick your battles.

((Open RP! Feel free to train/spar/bug/go chicken hunting with Steph.))

Oh. Sorry, I somehow managed to never see that movie. I'm deprived, I know.

Oo... kay. *The Nobody suddenly freezes. Dancing... Atlantica... AAGH! Think about something else, quick... He shakes his head.* Sorry. Issues with the idea of dance moves. Bad memories of inane songs sung by a really incredibly dumb mermaid.

The one I met the longest was a real ditz - said she was sixteen, looked sixteen, acted around five. I got the impression her sisters were just as bad - and she seemed to have a lot of sisters. They sang well, but the songs themselves... Speaking as a keen musician and an ocean lover, I'd rather lock myself in a cave in the middle of the desert than go back there.

And these were apparently the princesses, mind you. I seriously think that the guy mermaids... mermen? Whatever. I think they got all the brains - King whatsisname seemed like a smart enough guy.

Honestly, the people I lived with back home, having a grip on reality seriously impared your social life.

I don't really know, I wasn't smelling too closely. And it's hard to smell underwater, anyway, unless you're used to it.

And there's always one of them that turns out to be a complete sadist, isn't there?

I never seemed to have problems with it, oddly enough. Other than the style collapsing, but still.

Most of the people I know don't have that problem, but then, most of the actual people I knew back home were part of the Organization - which basically meant long black cloaks most of the time. Although I'm not sure I want to know what they'd wear if they could.

Oddly enough, no, although that might have something to do with the amount of gel I use to get it like this. The brand name probably wouldn't mean much here.

Eh, friend of mine uses so much of the stuff that I'm surprised they haven't put his face on the bottle yet. Guy looks like a badly scared lion, except that his hair's bright red.
