Molly hadn't been able to scrounge up a Regency-era costume, but she had managed to find one that would be more familiar to Jack than modern clothing. The corset was terribly uncomfortable--she had no idea how women had managed to do anything while wearing one--but the dress was nice, and she'd managed to tame her normally wild hair into something she thought was actually rather pretty.
Okay, I've gotta admit, you do clean up pretty well, the Narrator said grudgingly.
