Back from Billings. We needed a replacement part for one of our generators, and it was faster to drive out to get it than to have it shipped. I also made a stop in the state office for the Department of Magical Affairs. American wizards are a strange bunch.

You wouldn't believe the luck we've had this year. I already mentioned finding two partially complete skeletons, but this new find is simply amazing. It looks like we've been sitting on the edge of a flood deposit, and there must be hundreds of individuals represented in this site. There's at least four more years worth of work here.

Which brings me to a new problem. I was planning on coming back in the fall, but leaving behind a find this big, well... it's a hard decision to make. I've got some time to think about it, though. No matter what, I'll be making a trip back in late September.
