((OOC Note: This takes place before the bunny transfiguration RP!))
It was important to realize that Francis had thought about this a great deal. He'd spent honest-to-goodness days mulling it over. At first he'd talked himself out of doing it -- Camilla would get around to it soon enough, and he should probably let her do it. Then they could have their twin moment and get it over with. And if Charles needed some support afterwards, well, he would be there for him, of course.
This quasi-selflessness didn't last long. After a couple of days of no contact, his way of thinking started to come around. Would it really be all right to wait for Camilla to tell him? What if she hurt him? Or what if he got upset and caused a scene? Gosh, maybe Henry had talked her out of telling him altogether and they were going to elope or some nonsense. And then he'd had to write to her and make sure they hadn't done something silly like that -- which, he was assured, they had not.
Still. It seemed like things were progressing -- he didn't even doubt for a second that she was going to say yes sooner or later, it was only a matter of time -- and poor, poor Charles was still being left out of the loop. It wasn't fair. And if he found out after all this planning went on and everyone had known for ages, he'd be heartbroken. It would be a disastrous surprise. It was only right that Francis step in now; at least this way the poor man would have some comfort, if he should need it.
With that in mind, he sat down and carefully penned an owl.

Charles,
I have something of drastic importance to tell you.
