Having finally managed to get back to his castle and collect a few things and return to Hogwarts, with only a few unexpected detours, Raenef was feeling rather pleased with himself. He'd be feeling more pleased if one of those detours hadn't involved a lake, but he'd only been in up to his knees so no harm done.

He had his bribes to sort out and Hufflepuff to find, but he thought that those could wait. Right now he felt like exploring.

So, as luck would have it, my computer decided to go and get itself royally screwed for no apparent reason. I have NO idea what's wrong with it, and I can't have it taken in till after I move next week, so I have no clue how long it will be till I get it back.

In the meantime, I'm on our sucky old backup laptop, but generally speaking my online time might be cut down a bit by this (especially since, again, this laptop sucks). There's a chance I won't be popping up on IRC till this is over, we'll see how that goes...

Anyway, that affects Dr. Cox, Haruhi, Draco, DEATH, and Kazuo Kiriyama (and the horribly inactive Utena). I will try to be on as much as possible for the sake of the first two, but if I'm a little slow with their stuff, you now know why. :(

Franz Liebkind was delirious with joy. Not only had he gotten a new keg of beer from Mama Liebkind, his beloved piano had finally arrived! He supervised a crew of house elves as they maneuvered the upright into the Hufflepuff common room.

"Over zere," he said, gesturing vaguely at one wall, holding the keg on one shoulder and a big stein in the other hand. A bit of beer sloshed out. "Ja, a little closer to ze vall--no, recht! Recht! Ja, is good right zhere. Sank you, kleine freunden! Bier?"

The house elves didn't seem to want any beer, and as they headed out, Franz set his beer down, called to his pigeons, and took his place on the piano bench. His pigeons flocked down from their rookery right outside his room to settle on the piano, and Franz started to play. Rather well, truth be told. He sang along with his own playing, and his pigeons sang along with him.

"Oh, you can lock us up und toss ze key,

Jack had decided he was bored and he would go for a wander. Today he had 'borrowed' one of JD's long sleeve shirts again, though the jeans were new, he'd go back to looking like Trinity the whole leather outfit last no doubt. Jack considered going up to the hospital wing to visit JD and at the same time ask questions that would need some horribly detailed answer. That and there was the possibility of bumping into Cox, Lily or the crazy lady in charge.

So naturally he ended up there, wondering if anyone would know him, and if it would be funny to put on a Welsh accent and call himself Gwyneth or Gwen, then again if one day she ended up here and found out... well he didn't want to think what would happen then. Oh he needed an excuse to be up here... oh he'd worry about that later he could lie quite well. Depending on who he happened across first. Should be good for a laugh at least.

Sarah was quite intent on finding Harry. So she'd try the Gryffindor rooms first. She missed him alot. And she was worried about him maybe that he wasn't making out okay or well alright. Maybe it was just her having problems. And she just needed to have her fears settled. Or who knew really.

She stuck her hands in her pockets, looking around for him, though anyone would do.

"All right, let's cover the ground rules first," Grant said as he stood in front of the class. "If Oz or I catch anyone here harming an animal, that's an automatic detention. Not listening to any of the directions I give is a great way to earn one, too. We've also got some safety guidelines to go over. First, don't do anything with these animals until we tell you to. Don't approach them, get on them, or even try to touch them. Second, don't look them in the eye, unless a trip to the Hospital Wing followed by a detention is your idea of a good time. Third, only one person in a group will ride at a time. The other two members will watch carefully, and make sure that everyone is safe and following the rules. If we can do that, I don't think there will be any injuries in this class. Any questions?"
