((OOC - Ok, Malice needs to meet people. Since her sorting I've barely touched her.))

It was night and the dorm was quiet and still.

Malice had been just lying in her bed for so long, unwilling to enter her sleep stage since she came here.
Even though it was absolutely different from her dream she couldn't help it. She knew if she was to sleep that would be all she would dream.

She got up and pulled her Hufflepuff robe over her risqué garments and ventured up the stairs towards the main hall.
Passing the kitchen on the way up she asked an awake house elf for some wine if they stocked any.

Taking a seat at a table she just stared blankly into space.
Her memory was getting cluttered and taxed without the automatic defragmentation that sleep afforded her and so she began to actively sort through it herself.

The house elf came back holding a bottle of cheap red wine and a glass. She poured herself a glass and took a sip. An absolutely pointless gesture, all things considered. But she had oft-associated this with the times she did nothing more then sweet-talk clients.
It was strange though clients were everywhere but, past that one interested man when she was sorted there hadn't been anything.

She took another sip as she further sorted her memories.
She knew though, she didn't want to dream.

PSA: I've been using the [livejournal.com profile] yakyuu_maou journal created by the former Yuuri-mun, who graciously handed it over along with the character.

I'm now switching to this journal, [livejournal.com profile] bowchickamaou. Because ... because Wolfram-mun and I like it. That's all. It's completely gratuitous.

Rest assured it is I, official Yuuri-mun, and not some imposter Maou, who posteth unto you!

Ford was in his office, flipping through his copy of The Guide looking for information to use in class.

Teaching – There was a time when a hitchhiker could make good money teaching Galactic Basic on remote planets; however, the profession was rendered obsolete by the babelfish. Should you find a teaching position keep the following in mind:
- Most students don’t want to be there.
- Those who do want to be there already know more than you do, allow them to direct the class while you read the newspaper. Call this Socratic method.
- If a student asks a question you don’t know the answer to tell them that they won’t learn anything if you just answer it, instead assign them to research it and report back to the class. Students will quickly learn not to ask difficult questions.

Not very helpful. Oh well, he could just wing it and hope for the best. Teaching couldn’t be that hard, could it? He waited for Abby to arrive so they could talk about the lesson plan. Or have drinks. Possibly both.
