It was past dawn when Sam finally made his way back to Gryffindor to find his half brother. He had to clear the air between them right away. He owed him the truth, all of it, even if it was an ugly and painful one. "Adam? C'mon, man, open the door. Look, one of the house elves saw you go in, so I know you're there."

Nothing.

The hunter leaned against the wall and knocked again. "Adam, we owe you an explanation. Open the door, willya?"
