"Yeah," she said, warming up a little more to the woman and fluttering her wings a little. "How else are you going to know it tastes good? Funny how I don't do that when I make anything else, though." She reconsidered. "Okay, I don't make much of anything else, but when I do, I don't eat half a pot of soup just to make sure it tastes okay."
