He peaked out from under his fingers, sighed, and let his arms flop back down to the bed. "That makes sense." He paused. "You know, I didn't have to deal with this shit when I just raped people and moved on. At least my relationship with Kurama never changed." Sure they fucked and sometimes that would get Kuronue hopeful, but at least there had been nothing to lose at the time.
