B. Any Hogwarts student or staff member, including those running for Prefect, may pose additional questions to any or all nominees. If you would like to ask nominees questions, please ask them now ((OOCly: post them in a comment or comments to this post. Be sure to indicate in your subject line that your comment contains questions, and if they are directed to specific candidates, please indicate that, as well.)) Keep in mind that nominees are not required to answer any questions. Voters may choose to take failure to answer any way they would like.
C. Question answering begins immediately, and lasts until the time the Polls go up, which will be approximately 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 24, 2009. ((OOCly that's 8 pm Eastern Daylight Time. ICly it wouldn't make any sense to specify a time zone since they're all at Hogwarts XD ))

This was exactly what these boring-ass debates needed. Nathan watched with amusement as Skwisgaar's guitar went flying and clattered a few feet away as Toki started beating on him, but his expression gradually returned to his earlier horrified look when he realised Skwisgaar wasn't actually fighting back at all... or even moving after a while. And he was looking awfully bloody.
He got behind Toki and utilised some good old-fashioned 'hug therapy', which kept Toki's arms safely pinned to his sides as Nathan bodily lifted him away so he wouldn't get any ideas about trying kicking next. While Toki was obviously the most in shape member of Dethklok, Nathan still had the strength advantage.
"Holy shit, that was fucking brutal," he said with a bizarre note of approval in his voice, then paused, still holding Toki above the ground. He tightened his arms slightly, to the point of making it at least a little painful for Toki. "Wow, you're a dick. Skwisgaar's what, a hundred fucking pounds wet? Congratulations, Toki, you just killed our lead guitarist." He knew Skwisgaar had to be perfectly fine aside from being a bit bruised and bloody and probably concussed, but couldn't help himself. Murderface would probably be proud of his ability to pit people against each other.

Toki had stopped actually thinking in his psychotic rage- he didn't wonder why Skwisgaar wasn't fighting back, and hadn't actually realized that he'd already knocked him out- when he entered this state, all his pent-up aggression caused by his disturbing childhood, the frequent abuse directed at him, and his generally horrible luck took over. He'd never found a healthier way of dealing with it. Luckily, that vague sense of conscience still lingered, and he'd lightened his blows somewhat, not that these wouldn't leave some impressive bruises. Or not that it was really noticeable that he'd relented slightly- his all-out brutal mode was so savage that even a reduction of it was pretty nasty.
As Nathan grappled him, Toki struggled somewhat, attempting to kick back towards the singer a couple of times before he ceased struggling and stared in horror at the mess he'd made of Skwisgaar. Nathan's apparent approval didn't help delay the onset of remorse at all- it only increased his own horror at his actions, especially the suggestion that he'd just killed him. He wasn't moving, and Toki was too emotional to closely inspect Skwisgaar to take note of breathing. He just took Nathan's word for it, and struggling against Nathan, just wanting to get away from everything and hide- maybe it would all go away then, and this would never have happened, and Skwisgaar would be alive again. He started wailing, "I didn't means to kills him! I didn't means to kills him! Don't be deads, Skwisgaar, please don't be deads!"
It was of course then that Toki actually started crying.

He did crouch down to check Skwisgaar's pulse. "He's still alive Toki." He had to be detached here, now was not the time to lose his cool. He leaned close to Skwisgaar's mouth. "Still breathing too, but I still need to get him to the Hospital Wing. Nathan, try to calm Toki down. I'll be at the hospital wing with Skwisgaar if I'm needed."
He conjured a stretcher and with the help of a blond man (who introduced himself as Sweden, Ofdensen noting the point so he can talk to him later), got Skwisgaar out of there and heading to the hospital wing.

and strangely Rockzo-likeToki's voice went whenever he was upset. Nathan just groaned and hoped he wouldn't get covered in tears and snot."Did you hear him? He's fine, Toki. You must not have been trying hard enough." He wouldn't even mind Ofdensen spoiling his fun if it meant Toki would knock off the crying. "You've, uh, probably been disqualified anyway for being a dick, so there's no reason for us to stick around." Without releasing Toki just yet, he summoned a couple house-elves and told them to clean up all the blood. Then when he finally did drop Toki, he immediately took him by the arm and started dragging him out of the Great Hall whether he wanted to go or not, only stopping to pick up Skwisgaar's mysteriously undamaged guitar.
"You can give this to Skwisgaar whenever he wakes up. Come on, let's go to the Hospital Wing." Not just so he could enjoy more of Toki's trauma over mangling Skwisgaar, but because he figured Ofdensen could use the help handling Skwisgaar whenever he came to. He was bound to be belligerent, so it may as well be directed at the person responsible.
