Kusuriyuri entered the room, curious. This one wasn't human. Boukensha, the ginger manx kitten-sized cat, sat in his collar and chirruped a greeting. He read over the application and glanced at the candles mentioned, not seeing fault with them. He looked at the rest of the answers. He looked curiously at the boy. "What is wrong with your hair?" he asked, bemused by that answer more than the rest.
Kusuriyuri is not human. We figure he's a demon and I don't think those turn up in Soul Eater that I can remember. I leave it to you, but he doesn't hide what he is.
