The unravelled heart ((Closed RP, A/River))
River's feet had started walking before her cognition caught up with her brain catching up with her feet. But her head was right where her feet were going: wherever A was. There was a bad, black feeling where a happy, gentle feeling should be. This was abnormal, as well as scary and painful. She went as fast as her feet could take her - which was, in fact, very fast - right to A's door.

It didn't take long to find, and when she did, she had to smother a loud giggle.
Well, scientifically speaking, it was a very normal thing to happen, and A was indeed very much a boy. But still, this was very new for her indeed, and her natural curiosity dictated that just a little peek wouldn't be so bad, would it?
She leaned over and tugged at the waistband of his pants, taking just a tiny peek. She had to kill another giggle, and eased the pants back where they were supposed to be, blushing vividly and silently laughing to herself. A part of A she'd never seen before... And it's mine, all mine! she thought, the tagline of a joke she wasn't supposed to hear, but was certainly quite relevant now.

To his sleeping mind, physical contact was a far less abstract matter.
