Gwendal looked around the room. His fingers twitched nervously, his thumbs rubbing against his index fingers. How had he gotten separated from the rest. They were supposed to be going to the Maoh's home...to the place he called Earth. This didn't look like the place they'd been before. He glances around and sees a table with a quill. Being familiar with paperwork, he walked over.
1. What is your favorite cheese? Why is it your favorite?
Cheese? He can't remember if he's had that before. He didn't think it was in the curry the Maoh liked. Without writing anything, he looks at the next question.
2. Who would you kill first, Barney or Carrottop?
He frowned. The Maoh was very much against killing and he didn't know who the people listed were anyways. He skips this question as well.
3. What time is it where you are?
Gwendal looks around. Finally, he writes something. "Time is difficult to tell without seeing the sun." Or with a watch, he amends as an after thought. He didn't trust those, though. They were devices of the Moah's strange world.
4. If you were Albus Dumbledore returned from the dead, which member of the Order of the Phoenix would you sexually harass? How would you harass them? If you are Albus Dumbledore, please answer as if you were Sirius Black.
He frowns at the paper. What kind of questions are these? There was no way anyone in the Shin Mazoku could have thought of these. Again, he leaves the answer blank.
5. If you are pushing to be in:
A. Slytherin - please state the clever, witty name of the bar in which you bartend, in the dark.
Frowning, he writes down the name of his favorite bar to see the paper transform the elegant name into "Harry's Bar and Grill"
B. Gryffindor – Debate whether Harry should ultimately end up married to Fred or George. Use examples from a variety of world mythologies to bolster your argument.
"He would have to marry the one he slapped on the left cheek. It is tradition. If he slapped both of them, then he would be obligated to marry both of them unless one gave up his claim." He nodded. That was the law. There was no need for "mythology."
C. Ravenclaw – You guys are supposed to be smart. Explain why my desk is inundated with paperwork at all times, even though I’m constantly disposing of it.
"It is the nature of paperwork to increase. Keep working on it."
D. Hufflepuff – Prove you are not useless.
He stared at the question, or rather challenge, and felt no need to write anything. He was one of the leaders of the Shin Mazoku, working closely with the Maoh. He didn't need to prove he wasn't useless.
6. Offer a bribe to the members of this community so that they will not squib you. Items used in bribery do not necessarily have to belong to the person offering the bribe. Do not threaten us rather than offering a bribe. A threat indicates you either don't really want to be here, or don't have enough sense to answer the question properly. The hat will automatically squib you, regardless of other votes, if you do.
He reached into a pocket and pulled out a knit kitten. He could remember the Maoh calling it a bear.
