Setting his chart in the appropriate pile, Lily nodded. "That's it. You probably won't even need those, but better safe and all that." The smile cracked larger. "Told you I was good."
Leaving the curtained area, she found Rachel, waiting in the doorway. The other woman's body was thin, too thin, and her eyes were overlarge and fixed on Lily's face. "You're late," Lily told her, an edge of concern in her voice.
